In 2009 I was interviewed by Citrix and selected to participate in an item development workshop for the Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) exam 1Y1-A15. The workshop was held at the Citrix campus in Fort Lauderdale and was a great experience. Here is a link to a post on the topic from one of the Citrites that lead the workshop I was in:
